Activity: Talk or presentation typesInvited or keynote talk at national or international conference

Description

In recent years, companies and their supply chains have increasingly faced significant challenges. These challenges include the rise in operational costs, achieving viable business during a global pandemic, ensuring imports when political instability threatens global supply chains, addressing issues related to the shortage of qualified workforce, uncertainty associated with customer demand, and expectation of stricter ’Environmental-Social-Governance’ (ESG) regulations.

She also discussed solutions implemented in these sectors, such as support of circular and green solutions, focus on the human aspect of operations, resilience, the adoption of blockchain technology, investment in new production and logistics technologies, and the growing use of artificial intelligence in decision support across various domains, including human resource management, demand forecasting, and data analysis.
