Event Description: What is it like to hear through someone else’s ears? ‘Ways of Hearing’ will allow students to explore varying modes of listening through a series of activities led by Dr John D’Arcy (Lecturer in Digital Media) and Dr Zeynep Bulut (Lecturer in Music). Using your voice, amplification technologies, and your ears, you will explore how sounds interact with architectural space and how disruption and distortion can shape our individual experiences with sound.
