Organised, hosted and chaired this event for QUB staff and students and arts and cultural practitioners and policymakers as part of the Institute for Collaborative Humanities Festival. Writers and performers Nandi Jola and Raquel McKee tell stories of place and time, individual voice and shared experience. I chaired a panel with them afterwards in which we explored the place of performance writers in the field of artistic practice and public policies for the arts and discussed the challenges and opportunities facing these seemingly solitary artists in developing their work.
