    Wordsworth in Ulster Exhibition

A travelling exhibition organised in conjunction with the Wordsworth Trust, NI Department of Communities and Northern Bridge Doctoral Training Partnership to increase awareness of William Wordsworth’s life, work and legacy. The project traces William Wordsworth’s connections with Ireland, and in particular with the Irish landscape. We hope that by bringing these to public attention we can foster a new audience for Wordsworth’s poetry but also a re-appreciation of the natural beauty of the island of Ireland. The exhibition had events at each location. A poetry reading, children activity day, an academic talk and a public engagement training day for students. The website also included a digital map of Wordsworth's tour of Ireland.
