Description

WiPhyLoc8 is the first telecommunications project to be funded under the US-Ireland R&D partnership scheme and was announced by Dr Kerri-Ann Jones, US Assistant Secretary of State for Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs. The project is a collaboration between Queen's University Belfast, Rice University, Houston and University College Dublin and aims to develop a novel means of more accurately locating people using WiFi and to help address a wide number of security WiFi problems
