Queering the Family

Description

This project was based on an idea I had to link the BBC archive to the data archive of my research group, ARK. The resulting project chose to focus on changing attitudes towards homosexuality in Northern Ireland since the later 1980s. The storyline that is still available on the BBC website was viewed by over 21000 people. Paula Devine and myself were invited to present the project to the QUB/UU/BBC steering group in September 2018.
