I organized and hosted the visit of Prof Nic Jones, Chief Scientist for Cancer Research UK to Belfast on July 24th, 2012. He was given a detailed presentation of CRUK-funded research in CCRCB, was given a top-level presentation by myself on the new strategic direction for the Centre and was toured throughout the scientific, translational and clinical research facilities that comprise the CRUK Belfast Research Centre
