Amnesties, Conflict and Peace Agreement (ACPA) Quantitative Dataset

This dataset is a quantitative version of the Amnesties, Conflict and Peace Agreement Database. Both bodies of data aim to provide comprehensive information on all amnesties related to conflict and peace enacted between 1990 and 2024. Whereas the qualitative database provides detailed descriptions of specific amnesty processes, this dataset translates those descriptions into a quantitative format in order to provide an open access resource to researchers who wish to undertaken quantitative analysis on questions relating to amnesties.
