Description
Dataset for "Cellular irradiations with laser-driven carbon ions at ultra-high dose rates"
Data available to public in accordance with the Open Access Policy. The dataset contains a PDF showing the radiochromic film displaying the dose of laser-driven C ions and dose profile along 10 MeV/n C ions besides each image. We have shown here most of the shots that received around 1 Gy dose. The CSV files show (1) values of the foci obtained per cell for various groups of cells irradiated and then fixed at stipulated time points. (2) sheet shows the area and periemter of the DNA DSB 53BP1 foci formed after exposure to 10 MeV/n C ions or X-rays at 24 hrs post-irradiation along with controls. We have also uploaded several representative images taken with microscope at 40 X magnification showing the 53BP1 foci formation in response to C ions in Controls, 30 minutes and 24 hrs post irradiation.
