A dataset was used and processed in the creation of the PhD thesis entitled: "Construction and analysis of cancer specific interaction networks by co-expression analysis in colorectal cancer" (2025). The author of the thesis is not at liberty to share this data as the data is subject to review and approval from Cancer Research Horizons. It is not owned by the author of the thesis.

Gene expression and clinical datasets of colorectal cancer patients (collected until 2020) from different large UK based clinical trials produced by the Stratification in Colorectal Cancer (S:CORT) consortium.
