Dataset for "Support needs, experiences of psychological support, and barriers to engagement in psychological support among caregivers of children with type 1 diabetes: A mixed methods study"

This dataset includes responses to an online survey investigating support needs, experiences of psychological support, and barriers to engagement in psychological support among caregivers of children with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D). This survey was conducted as part of a PhD thesis. The data will also form part of a forthcoming publication.

For the survey itself, a total of 25 caregivers responded to items using tick boxes on a Likert scale from 1 (strongly agree) to 5 (strongly disagree). Caregiver support needs were investigated as part of a wider project aiming to produce a tailored psychological intervention for caregivers of children with T1D.
