Optimising sample preparation and calibrations in EDXRF for quantitative soil analysis

Description

Elemental results of soil samples analysed with Energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) to reproduce figures in the above paper. Data comprises of concentration and element recoveries of 13 selected trace elements and macronutrients in agricultural soils and soil standards.
