Description
The Bluebell Study was a PhD research project carried out at Queen's University Belfast between 2019-2022. The research aimed to understand the healthcare experiences and needs of parents who had a termination of pregnancy following a diagnosis of a fetal anomaly. This is referred to as "termination of pregnancy for medical reasons" (TFMR). The qualitative study included perspectives of parents from Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, as well as the perspectives of healthcare professionals from both jurisdictions who provide TFMR care.
