Description

Using Partek Genomic Suit software and the gene expression dataset, the many to one function was used with CD45 as the “one”. The correlation shows genes that are expressed in positive and negative aspects with CD45. A positive correlation is if CD45 is up then these genes are up; it is down it is the gene is down too. A negative correlation is if CD45 is high, and the gene is low or low and the gene is high. Using Quadratic (QUB Accelerated Drug and Transcriptomic Connectivity mapping) software, we defined signatures using these genes and saved as CD45. Using the gene list started the quadratic run and saved as CD45 top and bottom 20 correlated genes_2019115_130309. Researchers can use these targets for western blotting to validate if they are indeed correlating with CD45. Do they alter in response to CD45 knockdown or over expression. For more details, please refer to Chapter 5 of the connected thesis, upon this research rests. This chapter is "called Bioinformatic Studies." The thesis is entitled "The role of CD45 in the development of myeloid malignancies" (PhD, 2022).
