Research Statement

My research focuses on the intersection of agricultural and environmental economics, with a particular emphasis on sustainable farming systems, behavioural change,  resource use efficiency, and policy evaluation. I have conducted extensive research on the role of farmer behavior, education, and group dynamics in shaping environmental outcomes. My studies employ a combination of advanced econometric techniques and interdisciplinary approaches to generate insights that inform policy and industry practices.  My research aims to explore innovative strategies for balancing agricultural productivity with environmental sustainability, including the impact of policy interventions, land use decisions, and climate-smart agricultural practices. I am keen to collaborate with researchers, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to develop evidence-based solutions that support a resilient and environmentally responsible agri-food sector.
