Alice is the Head of the Postdoctoral Development Centre (PDC), which provides bespoke career development support to postdoctoral researchers at Queen's, with a particular focus on the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Life Sciences.
While previously a postdoc herself, Alice is not involved in research anymore.

In addition to her work with postdocs, Alice also punctually joins panels or provides workshops for PhD students at events organised by the Graduate School.
