Research Focus

Anurag is a PhD researcher at the School of Law. His research focuses on the task of legislative drafting in the UK's four legislatures. The project interrogates existing conceptual approaches to drafting using case studies drawn from legislation drafted for each legislature. This project aims to explore the values which underlie drafting with a view to augmenting conceptual frameworks around statute law.
