Research Statement

Ashleigh Neill is studying for a PhD in Finance at Queens's Management School, investigating the effects of macroprudential regulation on systemic risk within the banking sector in Europe.

Research Interests

Financial Regulation, Banking, Systemic Risk Measures, Macroprudential Policies, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).

Achievements

Ashleigh Neill holds a LLB in Law with Politics and Mathematics from the University of Limerick, and a MSc in Finance with Distinction from Queen’s University Belfast. She was awarded a DEL Studentship to study for a PhD in Finance at Queen’s Management School. Prior to commencing the MSc in Finance, Ashleigh was awarded a Merit Based Postgraduate Taught Scholarship by Queen’s University Belfast.
