Research Interests

We are a proteomics focused research group. Our interests are broadly in 3 areas:

(i) Method development and applications in quantitative proteomics with a focus of data independent acquisition (DIA/SWATH) mass spectrometry

(ii) The analysis of protein interaction networks and protein complexes using targeted (e.g. affinity purification) and global (e.g. SEC) methods coupled to quantitative mass spectrometry

(iii) Host-pathogen biology
