Research Statement

My research interests are in the area of service quality in Third Sector Organisations. Within this area, I have conducted qualitative research examining service quality in third sector multi-stakeholder networks. I have experience of teaching at undergraduate, post graduate and executive levels.

Achievements

Bernadette holds a PhD, an MSc in Executive Leadership, a MSSc in Organisational Planning and Manpower Studies, a BA Hons Degree and a PGCHET teaching qualification. She has over 22 years of Senior Management experience in Third Sector Organisations where she has assumed responsibility for large scale procurement exercises, quality management, operational and strategic management, and business development. Bernadette also has expertise in securing funds for research and supervising post graduate research students. She is a Fellow of FHEA.

Bernadette is a member of The Centre for Leadership, ethics and organisational research in a changing world (CLEO).
