Research Interests

The goal of the research is to better understand host-microbial interactions in the context of food security. To achieve this goal, we use experimental approaches combined with next generation sequencing, transcriptomics, metatranscriptomics, diversity analysis and genomics to study soil and plant microbiota and interactions including their role in nutrition, toxicity and response to environmental factors.
