Research Focus

My research currently focuses on (1) investigating the cognitive processes of sight interpreting/translation using an eye-tracker and (2) improving T&I education using the concepts of gamification, with a particular focus on motivation, autonomous learning, and feedback.

Research Interests

My research interests span widely and I have published on various topics, including cognitive translation and interpreting studies, T&I education and industry, and professionalisation in the field of public service interpreting.
