Research Interests
My research interests lie broadly in employee relations with particular interest in the various dynamics and organisational processes that are integral to creating positive working environments. Specifically, I have interests in conflict management, partnering and collaboration, diversity and inclusion and workforce wellbeing. My work often involves examining these issues within context of the non-profit sector and health and social care, and considers the disciplines of HRM, organisational behaviour and the sociology of work.
Teaching
I have delivered a range of modules in the broad areas of Human Resource Management, Employee Relations and Organizational Behaviour and have a particular interest in teaching Negotiation and Conflict Management and enjoy teaching in the area of Diversity and Inclusion.
