Research Focus
I have an interdisciplinary research portfolio. My research interests include the use of statistical and econometric methods on various topics related to Information Systems, Financial Technology (FinTech), and Business Analytics.
Research Statement
I have published peer-reviewed articles on leading academic journals on the fields of Information Systems and FinTech, related, among else, to Blockchain Technology, FinTech Patents, Cryptocurrencies etc. I also serve as an Associate Editor on the editorial board of Communications of the Association for Information Systems; a core journal of the Association for Information Systems (AIS).
Teaching
I have designed and delivered both undergraduate and postgraduate education modules on marketing analytics (MGT7160), econometrics for business, data and statistics (MGT2009), data analytics for business (ITAO2009), risk analytics and big data. I have been qualified as FHEA - Fellow of Advance HE (formerly the Higher Education Academy).
