Research Focus
Dylan J. Wilkinson is a Ph.D Candidate in the School of Law, Queen's University Belfast. Dylan's research is a DfE funded project focusing on the status of hybrid trade systems in WTO law, with a case study on the Ireland-Northern Ireland Protocol.
Research Interests
Dylan's main research interest is international economic law. Particularly, preferential trade agreements, the multilateral trade system and trade remedy measures. Dylan is particularly interested in theoretical approaches to these topics.
Dylan is currently working on a paper covering theoretical approaches to the UK's new subsidy control regime. A draft version is due to be presented at an academic conference in November 2022.
