Dylan J. Wilkinson is a Ph.D Candidate in the School of Law, Queen's University Belfast. Dylan's research is a DfE funded project focusing on the status of hybrid trade systems in WTO law, with a case study on the Ireland-Northern Ireland Protocol.
Dylan's main research interest international economic law. Particularly, preferential trade agreements, the multilateral trade system and trade remedy measures. Dylan is particularly interested in theoretical approaches to these topics.
Dylan is also interested in the relationship between political thought and constitutional theory.
Dylan has presented scholarly papers to the United Kingdom Association of European Law and the Irish Association of Law Teachers Annual conferences. In 2023, Dylan was awarded a Matheson Postgraduate Scholarship at IALT.
