Research Focus

Eman holds a BSc in Public Health from Qatar University and an MSc in Bioinformatics and Computational Genomics from Queen’s University Belfast. Her experience spans population-level cancer screening and surveillance, as well as transcriptomic analyses of colorectal polyps. These areas converge in her PhD research with the Dunne research group, where she investigates colorectal precancer biology using molecular and clinicopathological data from a screening cohort of conventional adenomas and serrated polyps. Her work aims to improve risk prediction for metachronous recurrence.
