I am a current PhD candidate at the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Queen's University Belfast, United Kingdom. My doctoral research is titled: Nurse-led mobile phone intervention (NMPI) to promote self-management in type 2 diabetes in Ghana: a randomised controlled trialThis study aims to develop and assess the effectiveness and acceptability of the NMPI in promoting glycaemic control and adherence to self-management guidelines among type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients in an urban area in Ghana.
