Dr. Elghaish is a lecturer in Digital Construction and also serves as the internship leader for the MSc CPM program. As an active researcher in the field of digital construction, he has made significant contributions to the industry. He is a chartered construction manager from CIOB (MCIOB), which is a testament to his expertise in the field. Dr. Elghaish is also part of the editorial board of several leading journals that focus on digital construction.

In addition to his research work, Dr. Elghaish is currently co-leading an industrial project between QUB and the industry, which involves BIM automation. He is also supervising PhD researchers and KTP associates in the area of digital twins and AI. His vast experience and knowledge make him an excellent mentor for those working on such projects.

Finally, Dr. Elghaish also works as a digital construction consultant, providing his expert advice and guidance to organizations looking to improve their digital construction processes.
