• Elected by over 50 QUB and NI researchers to be one of the 5 Council Members of the new initiative African Scholars Network (AfSRN), supporting QUB diverse research culture. Through this role and as a member of the events committee as well, I arrange events, invite guest speakers, provide mentorship and advice on career progression. I am planning to host a big conference at QUB next year where African scholars from Ireland, England and USA will be invited to present their research work. I participated in setting up the agenda for the retreat event at the School of Law on the 13th June 2023 from 10 am - 4 pm.
