Research Interests

My interests include management of the cardiac patient in the acute setting and their journey to cardiac rehabilitation. I am particularly interested in care of the younger patient and prevention. Other interests include Interventional Cardiology, and Cardiomyopathy.
My research involves patient-led, co-design methodologies which maximise the involvement of service users/patients particularly in the area of prevention and risk factor management. In addition, I have a keen interest in Safety, Quality and Improvement methodologies. To date my experience lies within Qualitative Research Methods.
