Personal profile

Research Interests

I am passionate about research and teaching on operations and supply chain management. In particular, I am interested in the following areas. 

  • Social capital
  • Mass customization 
  • Game theory in supply chain management
  • Mechanism design in supply chain management


I am the module coordinator for two modules, MGT7184 Operations Management and MGT7178 Data Management. These are new modules on the MSc Business Analytics program (2019-2020).

I joined Queen’s University Belfast in October 2019. Previously, I was a Lecturer in Operations Management at the University of East Anglia (2015-2019). I gained my Ph.D. in Business (2015) from McMaster University (Canada) and MPhil in Business (2011) from Lingnan University (Hong Kong).
