Personal profile

Particulars

I am Lecturer of Supply Chain Management at Queen's Business School and the Director of Certificate and Diploma Programmes at the William J. Clinton Leadership Institute at QUB. Previously, I was Lecturer of Operations Management at the University of East Anglia. I gained my Ph.D. in Business (Management Science) from McMaster University (Canada) and MPhil in Business from Lingnan University (Hong Kong).

Research Interests

I am passionate about research and teaching on operations and supply chain management. In particular, I am interested in the following areas. 

  • Supply Chain Simulation
  • Supply Chain Risk Management 
  • Contract Design in Supply Chain Management

Teaching

I am the program director for PG Cert Operations and Supply Chain Management Program at CLI. I have designed and delivered the module MGT7193 Operations Management since 2020. I'm also teaching the operation management and supply chain modules at the MSc and MBA levels.
