Research Focus

Hrick is a doctoral researcher in Management, specializing in international business and business history, at Queen’s Business School, Queen’s University Belfast. His doctoral research focuses on exploring institutional voids and the strategic responses of domestic firms during India’s License Raj Era. By adopting a historical perspective, his study seeks to deepen the understanding of the dynamics underpinning institutional voids in emerging markets and the adaptive strategies of emerging market firms.
