PhD projects

Our group is particularly interested in translational medicine in the eye. We work on age-related macular degeneration, Alzheimer's disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Down Syndrome. Particular interest is how diet, especially that modifies trace element levels, affect disease development and progression.
