Research Statement

Jayne is studying for a PhD in Management at Queen’s Management School, investigating Consumer Perceptions of Corporate Social Responsibility and its outcomes in a brand context. The study examines UK and Swedish consumers.  

Research Interests

Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Business Ethics, Consumer Behaviour and Marketing, Operations Management.   

Achievements

Jayne holds an MA (Hons) in Economics from The University of Edinburgh and a distinction in MSc. Management from Queen’s Management School. Jayne was subsequently awarded a DEL studentship to study for a PhD in Management at Queen’s Management School.

In addition, Jayne has gained a Chartered Management Institute Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership. Prior to studying for a PhD, Jayne worked in management and operational roles within the private sector and policy roles in the public sector.
