Personal profile

Research Focus

I am a Senior Lecturer in Economics at Queen’s University Belfast and an Associate Editor at the European Economic Review. My research uses theory, data, and experiments to study social integration and the fair allocation of resources.

I have published in journals such as Journal of Political Economy: Microeconomics, Games and Economic Behavior, the Journal of Mathematical Economics, Social Choice and Welfare, and Economics Letters. My work has been featured in outlets including the MIT Technology Review, The Economist, the Financial Times, and BBC’s Thinking Allowed.

I completed my PhD at the University of Glasgow in 2017 under Hervé Moulin’s supervision and my MSc at the Vienna Institute for Advanced Studies in 2014.

I also serve on the program committees of the Royal Economic Society Conference (2024), the Economics and Computation Conference (2023–2025), and the Matching under Preferences Workshop (2022 & 2024).
