Research Focus
Julie McCandless is a Professor of Practice (Education) in Business Management at Queen's Management School. She has a particular interest in business transformation programme delivery, enhancing business performance through operational innovation and customer experience strategies. In addition, she serves as the Associate Director of Internaitonal corporate engagement within the School.
Julie is a member of the Executive Education Committee, Education Committee and Ethics Committee within the School and a member of the faculty AHSS Student and Staff Partnership Group.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining Queen's Management School, Julie gained extensive experience in business consulting having worked for 3 international management consultancies in Dublin, Hong Kong and London. Consulting to business leaders and organisations as well as working with industry regulators and bodies.
