Research Focus

As a Professor of Practice in Management, I am interested in collaborating with businesses to both create innovative experiential educational experiences for our students and to support business development and growth through research and collaboration.

I am interested in Practice Led Research, in particular in knowledge transfer partnerships, supporting innovative business ventures and in developing business case studies to support practice informed teaching.  Particular themes of interest are business transformations, operational innovation, data driven decision making and customer experience strategies.

Professional Experience 

Prior to joining Queen's Business School, I gained extensive experience in business consulting having worked for 3 international management consultancies in Dublin, Hong Kong and London. Consulting to business leaders and organisations on strategic operations topics.
