Research Focus

Policy priorities for the International Public Policy Observatory (IPPO) 2023-2024 calendar years will focus on the cross-cutting challenges of pandemic recovery, net zero, place and spatial inequality as well as socio-economic inequality.

Forthcoming discussions and engagement with international and the UK’s network of third sector, academic policy expertise will inform and advise policymakers at national government and local authority level on the above issues.

Drawing on diverse conversations with decision-makers from across the devolved nations and world expertise, my work intends to highlight critical policy actions necessary within the UK and beyond.

Over the course of the next two years, I will contribute to IPPO product development through blog, report and event outputs with the aim of consolidating knowledge sharing and good practice initiatives.
