Research Statement
Voices that Sound
My research is concerned with the intersections that exist between music, sound and language, and the ways in which fiction writers can utilise these connections. The research project is practice based and consists of a novel that portrays multiple, intertwining voices and an accompanying critical essay that analyses the work of Max Porter.
