Legal concepts with psychological elements and the role of emotion in law / legal processes; justifications for criminalisation of behaviour; censorship and obscenity law.
I am also interested in pedagogical research into the development of legal skills and legal education generally, and the effectiveness of problem-based learning (PBL) in particular.
