Megan is a PhD student in the School of Nursing and Midwifery. The research focus is sexual dysfunction in chronic kidney disease. The aim of the research is to raise awaress of sexual dysfunctions associated with renal disease and to reduce the stigma associated with discussing sexual health.
Megan's academic background is in pharmaceuticals though she has a specific interest in renal disease. This was created through Megan's medical history of being on dialysis and receiving a renal transplant.
