Particulars

Michael Isichei is a Lecturer in Management at Queen's Management School. He holds a first class honours Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a PhD in Business. His research and teaching is broadly focused on Human Resource Management and International Human Resource Management.

Research Interests

Michael’s research interests include the study of bicultural individuals (i.e. individuals that identify with two different national cultures), global mobility within multinational enterprises (MNEs), and global talent management within MNEs. Michael is particularly interested in exploring the implications of bicultural, and more broadly, multicultural, employees for multinational enterprises.

Teaching

Michael began lecturing at the age of 22 and has since attained teaching experience at all levels. Michael presently teaches the following modules:

Achievements

PhD in Business from Dublin City University (DCU).

First Class Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the Institute of Technology Tallaght (Recipient of Department of Management Excellence Award for finishing first in class).
