Michael McGarry, architect, urban designer, and teacher, born Dublin 1955, educated UCD Dublin and UVa Virginia, worked in London (Richard Rogers), Germany and Berlin (Josef Paul Kleihues and Internationale Bauaustellung Berlin 84/87). In practice in Ireland with Siobhán Ní Éanaigh since 1984.
