Research Focus

Nripendra P. Rana is a Professor in Digital Marketing and Systems at the Queen’s Business School of Queen’s University Belfast, UK. His current research interests focus primarily on adoption and diffusion of emerging ICTs, e-commerce, m-commerce, digital and social media marketing and the role of artificial intelligence on the consumer decision-making and behaviour. He has published more than 350 papers in a range of leading academic journals, conference proceedings, books etc. Some of such journals where his papers got published include British Journal of Management, European Journal of Information Systems, Annals of Tourism Research, Public Management Review, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Sustainable Tourism, and International Journal of Information Management to name a few. He is an Associate Editor of International Journal of Information Management.
