- Embedded numerical optimisation - Model predictive control of uncertain systems - Learning-based and data-driven control - Massively parallelisable algorithms for large-scale optimisation problems
and applications of the above in emerging and future technologies such as
- Safe context-aware collaborative robotics - Energy distribution management in microgrids with high penetration of renewables - Autonomous ground and aerial vehicles (co-existence of driverless and conventional vehicles) - Advanced manufacturing
