I have a track record of research publications of an international standard. I continue to work on research proposals, grant applications and publications relating to my dominant research interests, which are:
- Theoretical and empirical work investigating the role of trust/distrust in online, mobile and connected networks.
- Consumer privacy-calculus decisions in the Internet of Things (IoT) era.
- Concepts, theories and empirical work relating to smart devices / assemblages (consumer adoption, new business models, value co-creation and delivery).
- E-business, social/mobile commerce, service industries, SMEs.
