Conveyancing Courses1 and 3 for solicitors - dealing with general conveyancing law, the stages and tasks involved in a simple unregistered conveyance, leasehold law, including commercial leases, the Business Tenancies Order and the Private tenancies Order, new builds, including, NHBC, planning law and building control, NICOHA, apartments and the Property Order and Ground Rents Act.
Bar Conveyancing - dealing with general conveyancing law, an overview of the conveyancing process, the law of covenants and easements, drafting opinions and pleadings, case preparation and running conveyancing/ land law cases in court.
Client Care - dealing with the interview process, evaluating performance (self and peer) and examining the specific requirements of clients with difficulties in communicating.
