Research Focus

Agricultural, food, and development economist at Queen’s University Belfast (QUB). Researching food and nutrition security, climate change mitigation as well as sustainable production food systems. I have a Ph.D. in agricultural economics studying the effects of weather and climate shocks on food and nutrition security in Malawi, Sub-Saharan Africa. I graduated from QUB with a first-class B.Sc. Honours in Food Quality, Safety, and Nutrition in 2018. Currently working as a researcher at the Institute for Global Food Security (IGFS) on projects relating to Net Zero livestock production systems as well as promoting the quality of livestock products such as beef.
