Research Statement
My research explores the intersection of construction project management and supply chain dynamics, with a specific focus on power-dependence relationships and procurement frameworks. I employ advanced methodological approaches, including PLS-SEM and Bayesian modeling, to decode complex stakeholder interactions and risk structures in the built environment. Recently, my work has expanded to Construction 4.0, investigating the integration of immersive technologies, blockchain, and circular economy principles. My objective is to bridge the gap between theoretical models and practical applications to enhance collaboration, sustainability, and decision-making efficiency in the construction industry.
