Research Focus

I am a PhD Researcher in the School of Nursing and Midwifery. My current research focus is exploring the public perception of Parkinson's disease within Ireland. 

Research Interests

My research interests include Parkinson's Disease, Dementia, Care of the Older People, Nursing Education, Mixed-Methods Research, Scoping Reviews, Systematic Reviews.

Teaching

I work with the Year One pre-registration adult nursing at the School of Nursing and Midwifery in Queen's University Belfast leading classes on Communication, Professionalism, Public Health and Foundations of adult nursing (including clinical skills).

I am a Registered Adult Nurse with experience in Perioperative Care and Critical Care.

I am a Fellow of Advance HE.
