Research Interests
Stephanie Graham is a Senior Lecturer at Queen’s Business School. Her research is focused in the area of environmental operations and supply chain management. Within this area, she has conducted research examining a range of factors that have the potential to encourage businesses to adopt environmental practices both internally and at the supply chain level. She has explored questions around the link between environmental practices and performance, seeking to develop understanding on 'whether' and 'how' companies can address environmental concerns in a way that benefits them. She has also conducted research exploring how companies can effectively utilise the experience and knowledge acquired through their existing environmental intiatives/practices to support progression towards development of more advanced practices.
Stephanie has been the lead author on a number of publications demonstrating academic leadership in her area of research. Recognised for this leadership, she has been invited to be a panel member for the UKRI 'Future Leaders Fellowship' scheme. She has also been invited to review other grant applications and is a regular reviewer for high quality journals in her area of expertise.
